Established in 2007 - closed in 2022, Next Generation set the standard for excellence in training and nutrition with a strong emphasis on proper technique and professional coaching. Originally and operated by Eric Barber, Next Generation has developed many CF athletes and inspired many of the gyms in Tulsa. The gym may be closed but many of the community are still here on the page. Connect with past members and remember a huge influence of the Tulsa CF community!

I've had several questions about tomorrow (which is awesome).
If you plan to be there please make a comment to this post so I can get a rough idea how many to expect.
Here are a few answers
1. What is the drop in fee? In light of this being the final workout - no fee but donations are accepted (anything helps)
2. What payments will you accept? I will accept Cash App, Venmo, and real cash.
3. What is the workout? See Below
4. After the workout I will start selling equipment - I will bring people into the gym in order of my list (probably 2 at a time) to get requested items first. I will need some patience from everyone but this will help the most people get the items requested.
Saturday 09.17.22 - "The Final Countdown"
4 Rounds
30 Synchro G2O - (45/25)
P1: Runs 165m P2 Rest
P2: Runs 165m P1 Rest (alt who goes first each round)
40 Push Up - Partition as Needed (only 1 partner at a time)
15 Synchronized Burpees
Alternative Movements:
G2O: Russian KB Swing
Push Up: From Knees, To Box/Elevated Surface, High Plank Shoulder Taps
Alt to running: 200m Row, 10 Cal Bike
