When plastisol ink doesn’t reach its required cure temperature, a print can look perfect coming off the press. The colors are vibrant. The design feels great. Everything appears production-ready.
Then it gets washed.
That’s why quality control is a critical part of our screen printing process. In this photo, members of our production team are inspecting finished garments and verifying that every print has cured correctly before it’s packaged for delivery.
If we identify an undercured print, we can often correct it with an additional pass through the dryer at the proper temperature—saving the garment, avoiding unnecessary reprints, and keeping your order on schedule.
