This past Sunday in First Kids elementary (09/13), we learned all about what it means to be made with a “purpose”! 🙏

Our kids put together BIG puzzles while the rest of the kids and leaders cheered them on from the outside circle. It was high energy AND educational. 🤩

We are looking forward to even more fun learning in First Kids elementary! Thanks for brining your kids to be a part of it. 🩵

Our elementary kids learned all about what it means to be made in the image of God this past Sunday, and they put their artistic skills to the test while drawing their self-portraits!

This last Sunday (8/30), our 5th graders got to water balloon Mr. Kyler after the elementary kids SMASHED their blessing bag goal in July. We learned the story of Joseph in Genesis and added some “special effects”. 🤣🌧️

This was the first Large Group we’ve done outside in a while, and it was so much fun. If you’re looking for a church for your kids that is faithful, formative, and fun all at the same time, then this is the place for you. 😁

P.S. sorry, Jack… I had to get you back for the 54 balloons you hit me with. 🫡🤣

Welcome to First Kids! As we start a new school year, we would like to take an opportunity to show you what we believe is at the core of your child's blooming faith. 🌼

As the First Kids staff, we have collaborated on some core concepts that best encapsulate how we want to communicate the gospel to your kids. These have formed into three statements that we like to call the "First Kids Basic Truths". They are as follows:

1. God made everything, including me. 🌍
2. God has always loved me, and he always will. 💙
3. I can trust God no matter what. 🙏

We believe that these three statements are as comprehensive as you can get when trying to help kids relate to a biblical narrative that can seem pretty overwhelming. This can be a great start for them, and it can go as far as they're willing to take it! These are all truths about God that cannot be changed, and they will be hearing about these concepts all throughout their time in kids and long after. ⏳

We look forward to teaching your kids about God this year. 😁

Faith formation is more than Sundays!🙌

The BIGGEST welcome to our new First Kids kindergarteners!!! On August 16th they “slid” into elementary while being celebrated and welcomed by all of the elementary kids and leaders. Here’s to being a big kid! 🤩🩵
