That’s the reality. There’s no deep bench of experienced watch assemblers to hire from in the heart of America. If we want a high standard, we have to build it ourselves.

The team spent the day refining their techniques through specialized tools and improved methods at the bench.

Small adjustments in handling, positioning, and process—each one adding pride, professionalism, confidence, and cleaner, more consistent assembly.

Today focused on movement components—how each part functions, how they work together, and what happens when they don’t.

Advanced assemblers spent the day breaking down and rebuilding automatic movements, learning the internal workings of a movement to understand it at a deeper level.

This is where consistency starts: fewer assumptions, more understanding.
