Swimming doesn’t necessarily mean laps. The pool is an amazing place for cross training for individuals that don’t normally exercise in the pool.

I learned a long time ago not to take anything at face value, but to do my own research. Make my own conclusions so that I can truly make the best recommendations to my clients.
This morning I was researching ingredients in a protein shake that uses Pea Protein Isolate. This is a great article explaining what it is, and how it is derived. Worth a read.

Continuing my research on protein powders. Came across this website, when researching the differenent forms. (isolate, non-
isolate) for whey, pea, and soy protein.

I feel blessed that I get to teach adults (beginner, and advanced ) swimmers. it is a lot harder than it looks from the outside (deck or weight room). It takes a different kind of mindset, training, and patience.
