Constitutional Grounds encourages We the People that Liberty is codified law in our US Constitution.
Constitutional Grounds was established for the purpose of educating, empowering, and activating We the People to understand and apply the principles of our Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights. Our ultimate goal is to restore Constitutional Governance in America. We believe it is the responsibility of every American to secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and future generations. Constitutional Grounds equips and motivates Citizens toward this end through speaking, writing, and teaching the principles of our Founding Documents. Thomas Jefferson once wrote, “Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.”
Our rightful inheritance of Liberty does not come from government. Lying government officials would have us all believe that they may lawfully grant, prohibit, deprive, and dictate rights to your liberty. David is an avid Constitutional advocate and liberty activist. He is passionate about defending the rights of the people in accordance with Constitutional rule of law. David zealously defends the right to life from conception to grave; the right to choose and accept responsibility for your own path in life; and the right to direct the care, education, and medical well being of your children. David appears weekly on Unfettered Liberty an online political talk show. He formerly appeared on 3D Politics, an Oklahoma political talk show. David is former Vice President of Tulsa Area Republican Assembly (TARA), is Sergeant at Arms for the Tulsa County Republican Men's Club, and is an active member of Tulsa 9.12 Project. He taught a weekly online class for We the Patriots USA for nearly two years. He was the Oklahoma District One Elector to the Electoral College in 2016. David has worked around the country for more than 20 years defending our First Amendment right to free speech, instructing police departments and reminding cities of their duties regarding them. He has also worked in various capitols to convince legislators of the tyranny of mask and vaccine mandates. David is a champion for the cause of liberty and for your rights which he refuses to see denied or disparaged by tyrants in any office of government. Lori is equally passionate about securing liberty and justice for all Americans by instructing them in the great heritage we are blessed with in our nation’s Founding Documents. The restoration of Constitutional governance and protection of our God-given rights motivates Lori to defend personal liberties and oppose governmental tyranny. She is often heard saying that the Declaration, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights are not merely historic artifacts but are the bedrock of our government and the highest law of the land. Lori is a lifelong Reagan Republican and an active grassroots leader. She is Vice President of Tulsa 9.12 Project and is an active member of Tulsa Area Republican Assembly as well as many other organizations that promote true American First values. In 2020 she was a Delegate to the Republican National Convention, and she now serves as a District Committee Member for Tulsa County. You will hear Lori advocating for limited government, separation of powers, personal responsibility, government accountability, and the Rights of the People at her local city council, during rallies, at her state capitol, in Washington DC, and wherever there is a need to fight for liberty and justice. Mosque proponents kicking a dead horse?
As Broken Arrowans know by now, the US DOJ Civil Rights Division has begun an investigation requested by unnamed parties.
Today, the Islamic Society of Tulsa and CAIR Oklahoma announced a federal lawsuit against the City of Broken Arrow.
The BA City Council meets tonight with appropriate city staff in Exectutive Session (closed to the public) to discuss the legal issues.

*Be careful with what you say. The IST/CAIR lawsuit tries to imply that councilors abused their authority because opposing citizens had religious disagreements with the proponents.
Insurrection Act and the Constitution

How NOT to introduce a building project in a US municipality.
Please use this video to answer anyone who claims that Broken Arrow, OK citizen concerns were only racially and religiously based. We had so many different concerns, none of which were adequately addressed, and most of which the applicants left unaddressed. In the end, there were many more questions than when we began.
And, the applicants threaten a lawsuit. Neighborliness? Non-existent. To demand getting their way due to "religious rights," while never even acknowledging their neighbors' concerns, is the antithesis of neighborliness.
Please share, and follow us, as we begin discussing the Constitution and foundational principles that shape our great Republic.
BA Mosque, Are They Ever Going to Quit?
Today, Jan 15, 2026, just 3 days after being denied a zoning request to build a mosque, the IST released a press statement threatening legal action under the Federal Protection of Religious Exercise in Land Use and By Institutionalized Persons Act.
In an action proving just how bad they will be as neighbors, they again make the claim that the council discriminated against the IST when they made their decision to deny the application. The IST obviously rejects the reasons the council members have stated. IST leaders should be ashamed for misleading their followers on all points of this issue.
Please share this video to all your socials, and let's convince the IST that this property is not suitable for their needs, nor their project suitable for this community.

Broken Arrow Mosque Wrap Up Beginning.

Broken Arrow Mosque Zoning Application Denied
Thank you Broken Arrow for showing up! The arguments against the application covered all the needed points.

Broken Arrow, OK - Find Our Volunteers for Opposition Forms
This is our last video before attending the city council meeting. We have seen that some have created "petitions" instead of using the green opposition forms from the city. We hope that the city will consider the "petitions," but cannot assume. If you wish to surely be counted, come to NSU after 4pm to fill out a green opposition form. We will be on hand with forms.

Broken Arrow, OK - Agents of Chaos Spread Deceit
Keep faith BA. We are winning. Your voices are being heard. Just keep saying the same refrain, this mosque project should die because of all the land use points we have consistently made.
To the big concern that the applicants would not make good neighbors:
An old article proves that the IST had plans when they bought the property to attempt a mosque at this location, despite the pre-existing city plans (back to 1997) which excluded such a large worship center there. They obviously didn't consult with the city before they bought the property. The continual demand that this bad project must be approved solely on religious grounds is disingenuous. At least one post went out from the Tulsa County Democratic Party who called for volunteers to knock doors in Broken Arrow in advance of tomorrow's meeting. They claim that our opposition is "horrific religious discrimination." Obviously, they have not honestly looked at all the information we have provided everyone. They also reject the equal rights of all the BA citizens who will be impacted by the project.
On the other side, we have refused to make this a political party issue. This is a BA issue. We are saddened that they will not engage honestly.
