Time to get in the game, get some mud on yourself and lead with love.
So, I am not really sure as to why, but my latest blog post was taken down by Facebook. As I try to repost it FB will not allow me to do so. Who knew a blog post about changing the way you view your world would be so controversial.
That being said if you would like to read it click the link below.

Where is your focus? What could be or what could've been?
Looking Through the Windshield or the Rear-View Mirror A blog about striving to be your best through personal development and reaching your maximum potential.
What monopolizes your time and talents? If it is not something with the ability to make you feel accomplished or make you happy it is time to re-evaluate why it is so important.
Each day you should awaken looking forward to the day ahead, not dragging yourself up dreading.
The old adage is true "find something you love to do and you will never work a day in your life."
Be blessed.
Being fully present is the greatest present you can give those close to you.
The secret to sticking to a exercise/workout plan (and anything for that matter) is having someone who will stand beside you along the way. If you don't have someone pushing you (and allowing you to push them) the chances of giving up go up dramatically.
Thoughts for the day: Do I have anyone pushing me to be better? Am I willing to allow anyone to push me to be better? Do I have anyone I can push?
Leaders should never stop asking the question, "Would I follow me?"
If the answer is, "No" it is time to re-evaluate your approach or get counsel from a wise mentor.
A boss says, "Go."
A leader says, "Let's go."
Excellent stuff.
Leadership requires room for others to grow. Provide time for team members to be educated. If they ask about training ops probe what they expect to learn and allow them to get educated. Team members who have a desire to learn will be of more value and add to your business or franchise. Don't stifle the desire to grow.
