This custom stair design replaced the original 1970s rough cedar stairway and unstable pine treads. New stair was expertly site-built out of 1 1/2" solid white oak. Tapered newel posts and rails of varied width create visual lightness. Tread supports are discretely hidden from view. Walls and stone are painted in a uniform light, neutral tone to contrast with handrail and open up the space, and low pile carpet provides safety, as well as, a tailored look.

A client's handsome cocktail table had years of wear from regular use, requiring refinishing the wood and replacement of the leather center panel. Found a mosaic tile for the center section, Ross Felice took care of wood refinishing (always extraordinary work) and the outcome was fantastic.

Excited about a new stair design under construction. Existing 1970's stairs were removed due to aesthetic and safety reasons (unstable treads and not code compliant). New white oak handrails and stringers will be stained, the walls painted and treads will be wrapped in dense, low pile carpet.

This design, a composition of granite hearth, stone tile, Douglas Fir mantel and shelves, and drywall, has been in the works for quite some time. The painters just removed all of the protective covering - very excited to see it come this far. It houses a linear fireplace and will be the home for a large screen TV and artwork. To understand the scale, the ceiling is 12ft high. The lighting has not been fine tuned yet. Completion is near!

This interior remodel involved demolition of the kitchen, opening walls into family room and dining room, and creation of a walk-in pantry. The once sunken living room and family room were leveled up with the rest of the first floor to flow better with the new open plan design. Heavy wood, stone and dark finishes were replaced with lighter colors, improved lighting and modern elements such as steel cable handrails. Now the kitchen is not only more functional but a fun gathering place for the family and friends.

This exterior remodel took a 1970's midtown residence (see drawing) to a more traditional design by reworking the masonry, adding a gable over the garage to compliment new pediment designed for porte cochere columns, new front entry design, traditional siding and lighting, new garage door and gate. Accessory building to the side of the home is new.

This kitchen renovation, in a notable mid-century home, involved expanding the opening between the kitchen and dining area allowing for daily dining at the counter and greater visual access to the adjacent living spaces and view outdoors. The common wall between the kitchen and dining area was carefully scaled to fit the large format tile that clads all four sides continuously.
