Blue Moon Discs

First up some newcomers to the store on vinyl, then some sought after reel-to-reel tapes. I also dug out over 100 rare blues 45s. Keeping with the blues theme I posted a pic of a few of the blues cds of the 300 I came up with a few weeks. Really clean collection from the estate of the member of an out of state blues club.

Starting off with Four '70's classics followed by more including an original "White Album" and an import copy of Buckingham-Nicks.

Of special interest is a near mint 3 LP box set of Frank Zappa "Shut Up 'n Play Yer Guitar".

Pick of the week is Bruce Springsteen "Nebraska". Very hard to find!

Got another nice little collection in this weekend. Gives me a chance to get the "LED" out. Lots of good 70's rock in there.

My pic of the week is a 2015 Record Store Day release of The White Stripes "Get Behind Me Satan" with the lenticular cover brand new and still sealed.

Had a great Record Store Day but as usual got too many of some things and not enough of others so I have marked the ones in the first pic down to $20. I am restocking the new arrivals bin. First pic is a variety, second pic, some original Sly and the Family Stone. Speaking of RSD, I have accumulated a bunch of promo items (pictured) and am giving some away with any purchase.

I just bought a large collection of blues cds, over 300. lots of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Muddy Waters, John Lee Ho**er and way too many artists both famous and obscure to mention.

Got in a bunch of nice 70's rock this week! I pictured a few. Also put out a some more of the "import" cds that I uncovered. including that one you wanted Preston.
