Liminal space between the new year and the new year 🕉️

I’m hosting a virtual prayer circle every Friday as a space to put down some of the heaviness, send love and healing energy out into the world, and connect with others who are choosing love, even when it feels hard.

You can join from your car, your lunch break, or wherever you are. I’ll guide us through a gentle meditation and stretch to help us release some tension and open our hearts.

At the end, I’ll leave space for prayer for our collective healing.
I truly believe in energy, and that aligning energies in a group can be deeply healing for our planet and for ourselves.

There are good people out there who want better for us and better for our planet 💫

I’ve reached out to a few of them in our community who have bravely agreed to start helping us mobilize, share information, stay safe, and defend our neighbors.

It’s time we create communication and information sharing pathways that are not just on social media. We need to get in the habit of meeting and communicating in person.

Took somewhat of a digital detox after my birthday

On my actual birthday I was raw and overcome by sadness. My body, mind, and spirit burnt out

Sometimes I feel like my connection to the divine is through sadness.

Alchemy for the grief of the planet that has no where else to go

After my birthday I disappeared inward

During this time something in me transformed. I learned things about myself that I didn’t know. I learned things about god/the great mystery that I didn’t know. I was reminded how many people love me. And I love them.

I don’t know how I would have climbed out of this hole without them. I’m smiling in these photos because of them.

I realized it’s a revolution that we need. Not a civil war, not us against us but us against them.

It’s a returning to the earth that we need. I read a lot of the Native American spiritual teachings of author and Wisdom Keeper, Rainbow Eagle.

I found deep comfort in his teachings.

I found deep comfort in writing. In alchemizing my pain, for myself.

I’m going to write more and I’m going to pray more. for myself, for you, and for our planet
