Norlem is a leading Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specializing in comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. We protect our clients’ data, networks, and infrastructure with proactive monitoring and expert support.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our sales team and help us drive growth in the cybersecurity space.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Organize and manage lead information in our CRM
• Support sales with scheduling, sales materials, and client follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Manage communications with clients and vendors
• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups
• Track sales activity and highlight progress/issues
• Assist with reporting, order processing, and marketing material inventory
• Act as front office receptionist (greet visitors, accept packages)

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or administration (preferred)
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (a plus, training provided)
