Today SHOTS remembers and honors the life of Jonny Moon. His mother invites those who knew Jon to light a candle in his memory tonight, August 28th, at 7:30 PM CST.

“Whether it’s for a moment or playing a favorite song, in silence or with a memory, it will be a way for us to honor him together, even from far apart.”

As International Overdose Awareness Day approaches on August 31st, we also invite those who never had the pleasure of meeting Jon to light a candle in memory of someone else they might be missing.

We had our second monthly syringe cleanup with the Direct Service Group of the Oklahoma Harm Reduction Council today!

Hi friends! Y’all have probably heard me talk about Vinny before. He’s been my friend for a long time, he was an OG SHOTS volunteer, he’s funny as hell, he’s a great gift giver, all around 10/10 person. We’re trying to help him keep some stable housing while he’s recovering from a fire in December that caused 3rd degree burns and the loss of a few fingers
