Atlas School wishes a Happy Mother's Day to our community. Whether you are celebrating a mother, are a mother, or using this time to celebrate love in whatever form it takes in your life, we want to know we are right beside you.

We'd also like to give a special shout out to our Atlas student and alumni moms. It can be hard pursuing education while raising a family or entering the workforce, but we see you and are proud of you!

For we welcomed Derrick Alexander to speak with students about investing and financial planning. As software developers, our alumni may start their careers as workers in traditional companies and startups or as freelancers and entrepreneurs.

While it can feel daunting to plan for retirement alongside regular budgeting and saving, with the tools from this workshop we learned that it doesn’t have to be! Thank you so much Derrick for sharing your wisdom and insights with our students and staff. We hope to host you again soon!

We know you’ve been waiting all year for it, and it’s finally here. Of course we're talking about National Flash Drive Day, commemorating the day when the USB thumb drive was first patented. Thumb drives made it easy to transport data from one location to the next.

Want to make the next big innovation in data storage? An education from Atlas School can be the stepping stone you need.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Take a break from all that delicious corned beef and cabbage and try to spot the leprechaun hidden in this image. Comment once you’ve found him.
