I absolutely hate that I have to come on here and do this. After talking to my Husband Lawyer today we found out they have dropped his court date which was set for March 13th. Now his initial hearing will be in Memphis Tn. And we have no idea when that will be, their courts are back up with immigration cases. He will also miss his immigration interview that was set for March 17th! It took us YEARS to get this interview y’all! I’m hurt, scared and embarrassed that I have to ask for HELP! After already paying a hefty retainer fee for a new Lawyer ( Thousands of dollars) I know have to come up with 15K to him to continue on. So I had to ask him exactly how much did he think this would cost altogether? I was told upwards of 60k. With losing our Second and third household income (his 9.5 and Catering business) I will barely be able to cover our household bills alone
