We are so thankful to be able to represent Mr. Mann and to the Pardon and Parole Board for unanimously recommending him for commutation. If approved by the governor, we will represent Mr. Mann at his parole hearing so he can be reunited with his brother and our previous client, Mr. Wayne Thompson.

'I’ll trade places with him:’ Ex-death row inmate pleads for brother’s freedom The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board unanimously voted to reduce Tony Mann’s life-without-parole sentence after his younger brother — now free — told members Mann didn’t participate in the murder that sent them both to prison.

Every year at Christmas, Project Commutation comes together and decide to personally “adopt” a client, pool money together, and then send our re-entry team to get them presents!! This year we were able to spoil one of our clients and his son who have just recently moved back to the Tulsa area. It’s one of our favorite parts of the year and we can’t wait for them to open everything on Christmas!! ❤️💚

Project Commutation is saying our “Thank Yous” and “See You Laters” to Morgan Hale (now Morgan Moore)!! If you know about Project Commutation then you definitely know about Morgan. She has been a rock for PC since almost the very beginning!! Morgan started as one of our legal interns and then became an attorney here after graduating from TU Law and passing the bar in 2020. Her time at PC has been filled with life changing work, fun time with coworkers, and unforgettable goals achieved. Morgan helped mold Project Commutation into what it is today with her unwavering support of clients and coworkers alike, quick problem solving, and fierce commitment to ensuring our clients have the best help we can provide. While we are so sad to see her go, we are so thankful for her time with us. Thank you for everything Morgan and we cannot wait to see what you do in your new position as the Director of Professional Development at the University of Tulsa College of Law!!

We were so excited to have our client Tommy Christmas stop by our office today!!
Tommy received a commutation after the Pardon and Pardon Board recommended it to Governor Stitt with the intention that Tommy come up for parole within the next year. Governor Stitt approved his commutation in January 2025. Tommy then came up for parole in October 2025 and his parole was approved by the Pardon and Parole Board. He was released in time to spend Thanksgiving with his family!! Thank you to Tommy and his mom Ann for stopping by today!

Our client, Wayne Thompson, was just released after 40 years in prison! A big congratulations to Wayne, we are so excited for him!

Convicted of murder as a teenager, Wayne Thompson is free after more than four decades in prison. Family and friends piled into a borrowed 15-passenger van to pick up Wayne Thompson from prison on Monday morning.
They waved homemade signs and chanted “freedom, freedom”
