Recipe of the week: Spicy lettuce tacos!!! 🌮🥬

Ingredients:
* 3.5 oz raw Buffalo
* 3 cloves garlic minced
* 1/2 small onion minced
* 2 T. Mexican Fiesta seasoning
* 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
* 1 green onion chopped
* 1 T. Beef broth
* 2 large whole lettuce leaves

Directions:
Sauté in beef broth, onion, and garlic until soft. Add ground Buffalo and spices. Cook until browned. Fill lettuce with taco meat and top with green onion. Serve and Enjoy 🍽🤩

Recipe of the week: Zucchini Pizza Boats🍕🥒 A healthy alternative to pizza that will be sure to satisfy and make you feel great!! Ingredients: •1 zucchini sliced in half
•2 T. Tomato sauce •1/4 tsp garlic powder
•1/4 tsp basil
•2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
•1/4 cup mozzarella cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Zucchini on a baking sheet. Spoon sauce on top, then sprinkle with spices and cheese. Top with sliced tomatoes. Bake until zucchini is tender, about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy 🍽✨
