Our clinic is dedicated to providing timely new and renewal marijuana license card recommendations The cost of the recommendation visit is $35 dollars.
The cost of the application to be submitted to the state is $100 not including tax. However if you have Medicaid/Medicare, Sooner Care or 100% disabled Veteran the cost for the state application is $20 not including tax.
