On September 26, we're welcoming Kat Griffin, owner of Filigree Jams, to Prossimo for our second W**e Brunch.

Chef Scott Vantuyl will create five courses featuring Kat's made from scratch jams, with Sommelier Allen Nash selecting a w**e to pair with each course. Kat will also join us to share more about her process and the flavors behind what she creates.

Reservations are now open for our November 11 dinner with Martin Woods Artisan W**ery of Oregon's Willamette Valley.

Jason from Martin Woods will join us for the evening with five w**es, including a limited-production selection they reserve for special occasions like this, paired with five courses from Chef Scott VanTuyl.

There's a lot more planned for the night, including live vinyl from Doc Freeman and live glassblowing by Jonathan Bolivar.

On October 6, we're welcoming a special guest to Prossimo.

Letizia Fenocchio, sixth-generation w**emaker of Giacomo Fenocchio, is coming from Italy to join us for a five-course w**e dinner featuring her family's w**es from Barolo in Piedmont.

Each course will be paired with a Giacomo Fenocchio w**e, with Letizia sharing the stories behind the w**es and her family's six generations of w**emaking.

Our neighbor and sister restaurant, Andolini's Cherry Street, is hosting Piccolo Goccio this Thursday, July 30, from 6:00–8:00 PM.

Enjoy four regional Italian w**es paired with pizza and dessert. These w**es are new to our market, and once you find a favorite, bottles will be available to purchase after the dinner.
