The Vandever Building was built in 1924 and was home to the Vandever’s Department Store from that year until 1970.
The building currently has 40 apartment units with major renovations planned for the common areas and the addition of 4 apartment units.

A brief history. Vandever Lofts is a historic six-story building located in the heart of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the Oil Capital Historic District. Built in 1924, it was the home of Vandever’s Department Store until 1970. The building was converted into apartments in 2014. Rose Rock Development Partners acquired the building in 2020 and is giving the building a much needed facelift.
