We’re still here for you! 🎄 When I say we care about your clients as much as you do - it’s true. We’re here from the inspection, to the closing table and beyond.
Jake had done an inspection 7 months ago and the client just recently tried to use their fireplace and couldn’t get it working (working fine at the time of the inspection). Jake went out to the property Sunday and had them up and running in about 10 minutes!
Not only does that reflect on us and our standards of client care, but it reflects on the Realtor who put faith in us recommending THI to their clients.

Inspection reports can sometimes be overwhelming, it’s important to have someone who can deliver the information well ✅ No alarmists here at THI.
Low water pressure? If it’s isolated to one faucet, a calcium deposit build up may be the culprit. Unscrew the faucet head and remove the aerator (screen filter). A simple solution of water and vinegar can be used to clean the aerator.
Simple fix. Way to go, Jake Tucker!
