I found a passionate in teaching 🙏🏼 my community how to eat, shop, prep, understand, and learn the lifestyle of a in the past two years working with 🫶🏽 This March, I take on a part-time executive chef and educator role under a cardiologist at Saint Francis Hospital and his lifestyle medicine practice! Sooo it’s only appropriate to share with my community first! 🌿🌿🌿

Last year, and I collaborated on a plant based “how-to” workshop! It was such a huge success we are doing it AGAIN!
