It’s always “you’re fat.” “You stink.” “You’re ugly.” Whenever a mf is mad but before that it was “you’re the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen.” “Oohh why you got on? Smells bomb.” “Girl, Body Tea.”

THIS is the reason why self love and appreciation are so important. Self confidence and the ability to sit with one’s self because people will switch up on you so fast.

I have birthed 4 kids, accomplished half my bucket list, obtained 2 degrees and 5 specialized certifications, released 5 albums and 9 singles since 2019, opened a mf business circa 2025 while having 6 mental disorders simultaneously in THIS BODY and I still look tf good! I thank the most high every day that I don’t look like what I’ve been through.

All this to say, don’t let a hating ass bitch who wants a fraction of the light and life you have take away how you feel about yourself. Don’t absorb self hatred because the people around you hate themselves.

I’ve been through a lot of heartbreak in my life.
Mood swings. Trauma. Years of feeling like I was too much and too hard to love.

But somehow, every day, I still get up and choose to try again.
I go to therapy. I read. I breathe. I’m changing my habits, little by little. Some days I want to quit—badly. But I don’t.

So this is me.
I’m sad. I’m happy. I’m grieving. I’m loving. I’m healing.

I’m becoming.
