Started as participants, and came back as leaders. ❤️
Years ago, Elmer, Tamela, and Allie joined New U as participants. After experiencing the program firsthand, they chose to give back by becoming facilitators and helping others on their own growth journeys.
Today, many of our facilitators and volunteers remain deeply involved with our organization and mission. Thank you for helping make New U possible!

We’re pressing pause on new cohorts for now as we prepare for our next chapter, with new programs launching in Fall 2026.

In our very first New U session of the year, we had the honor of meeting Verónica, who shared her experience bringing her goals to life on her first Vision Board. 🗺️
Through this group, Verónica is looking to rediscover herself, overcome obstacles, and find the strength to move forward in life. This is a completely new adventure, but one filled with high expectations.
We firmly believe that when we share and visualize our goals, the path becomes clearer.

Our participant Amy is sharing her experience from our third New U session, where we dove into the True Colors test! Thanks to this activity, she was able to confirm her unique traits and connect with her color: Green.
This workshop doesn't just help us understand ourselves on an individual level. It provides the tools to communicate better with the world around us.
