When Mother Fletcher was 7 years old, she ran for her life. Now, she is 111. She remembers everything about the Tulsa Race Massacre. The bodies. The silence. The fire. The years of being ignored.

She has never received restitution. But she still speaks. Still stands. Still waits for justice.

This week, we honor her life and her legacy. And we keep doing the work to make sure she—and every survivor—is never forgotten.
