Check out our new upcoming podcast called Down For Jive and like and follow our page.
We don't have everything mapped out just yet, but intend for it to be more informal, more conversational, more of a variety of topics and guests, but still a focus on things we know like music, sports, coffee, and other fun content. No set schedule, we will just do it when the mood hits.
We are basically venturing into unchartered territory with a new, low stress approach to broadcasting and we will figure it out as we go. More info to come but let's build that page and join us for the ride.
We never really said goodbye because we wanted to, and still want to, leave the door open for a possible return. But obviously it has been around 5 months since we last did a broadcast and to be honest, the expense of producing and streaming the show became bigger than the benefits of doing it. Anyone who undertakes a podcast or livestream, to do it right, must dedicate significant amounts of time and resources to it for it to be successful. And we simply reached the point where we had neither to continue it on a consistent basis.
So, while this isn't an official goodbye because who knows what the future holds, it is a thank you to all of you who supported TMS for the time we did it. We enjoyed talking to so many different artists and people and we made some amazing memories we will carry with us forever. Please ensure to support those who continue to carry the flag in their podcast and livestream efforts. There is a ton of work and expense that goes into it and there are some really great ones out there doing it.
We love you guys. See you down the road and continue to enjoy our replays over on YouTube at Tulsa Music Stream.
Total bummer news that this platform has decided to start deleting live streams after 30 days. We are in the process of ensuring that all episodes are moved to our YT platform. If you haven't yet subscribed to us over there, please ensure to find us at youtube.com/
