The In-N-Out Burger Distribution Warehouse TI is moving full steam ahead.

Site work and formwork continue to progress for the truck scale, trash enclosure, and generator, setting the pace outside. Inside, MEPF work is largely wrapped up, wall rough‑in continues to advance, and framing is steadily taking shape, with plenty of action happening across the roof as well. Next up is the cooler installation phase, with each step bringing those iconic burgers one step closer to your plate.🍔

The doors are open at the Santiam Industrial Center in Stayton, Oregon.

Perlo co-hosted the Open House with Industrial Realty Group, LLC and Capacity Commercial Group, celebrating the transformation of this historic property into a flexible, modern industrial hub. Brokers and community members toured the revitalized 550,000 SF site and explored its upgraded amenities, from heavy power and rail service to expansive yard space, food production improvements, and more. Guests also had the chance to see original signage from the site’s past life, offering a unique glimpse into its history, and preview areas slated for future construction that sparked meaningful conversations about upcoming tenant opportunities.

Once home to the NORPAC plant and generations of local workers, the site is entering a new era with six tenants already signed and four additional spaces now available. A huge thank you to IRG for trusting us to help bring this building back to life.

Progress is ramping up at our Ge**er Gear jobsite in Wilsonville, OR.🚧

Interior work includes finishes and flooring on the upper level, while the team prepares to set the stainless-steel tank for Ge**er’s equipment coolant processing on the lower level. Warehouse floor finishes are underway, and office spaces are nearly ready for paint. Outside, the trash enclosure is in place, and crews are forming and pouring the loading dock retaining walls ahead of the dock slab.

A huge shoutout to the team for their hard work and dedication in transforming this space for our client.🙌

⛳Last week, our team kicked off golf season at SEDCOR's comic strip themed tournament.🪨🔨

We brought Bedrock to the fairway with our Flintstones “modern concrete age family” hole. It was a 𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒅 day on the course, sharing good laughs, reconnecting with familiar faces, and networking with new ones. We're looking forward to more industry events this summer. Be sure to come say hi!
