Our next show is 4/4 in Tacoma at with who has just released an amazing new album. A true honor to play with one of the PNW best songwriters! Also playing is Would love to see you there.

In the meantime we are on to the mixing phase of our new album!

Yo! Some Doris updates for y’all

We have been kinda quiet these past couple of years show wise as we have been busy with life, our other bands and different artistic projects. That being said we have some really cool shows coming up. The first two are next weekend in Bellingham and Vancouver BC with a bunch of friends!

Also! We are deep into recording a new full length! We are really eager to start playing these new songs live. I personally am super excited as I think this is some of the best stuff we have written. We are in a really good place as a band creatively.

Some Seattle and PDX shows to announce soon too!

“This album was a culmination of a lot of emotions and progressions, both personally and as a group.
I did not write any lyrics and had no part in them, but many of them poignantly described things I was feeling personally during that period. It was a pleasure to try and accentuate those wonderful lyrics Kyle and Kevin wrote and sang wherever and however I could.
All of the instrumentation and arrangement was likewise a labor of love and as usual it happened organically as we went. This album felt different than ones previous though. It really felt like we were communicating, confronting, commiserating with and comforting each other as we played and I really feel that is evident in the final cuts as well as when we play them live at shows.
This band is closing in on almost fifteen years together. It no longer feels like a band, but instead a loving family that happens to make music together. “
