We are trimming our studs, installing our last blocking, and doing all the last finishing touches in preparation for insulation and drywall to start next week. Excited to be closing up our second new build over in Bario Anita

its always amazing what a simple paint job and minor tweaks can make to the appearance of a bathroom. Here is a before and after of a bathroom that all we did was change out the vanity top and paint the walls. It made a huge impact!

With concrete not being as readily available, we are excited to finally have a truck to pour this addition.

What material supply delays have affected you?

working on a few old apartments its always a blast from the past to see the old pastel tiles in a shower. What do you think of the color and design choices from the 70s-80s?

Working on an 8 unit multiplex of small 1 bedroom units. All intermediate trades are done in the second building and our crews are closing everything up. These are gonna be some really nice units when they are completed.

Lifting and beaming the roof structure was a fun challenge. Major remodels and additions are often more difficult to manage than brand new buildings. Experience from projects like this helped our teams learn valuable problem solving skills!

Second set of new builds in Barrio Anita are moving along nicely. The second building is finished framing and moving into intermediate stages and the third building is about to have framing go up. We are excited to see and share the progress with everyone.

Protecting tubs, flooring and finished surfaces is always a challenge when building a home. What creative ways have you seen a contractor protect finish items from being damaged or scratched?

Installing windows on one our new builds. We prefer to use a liquid flashing prior to install to ensure there is no exposed wood or potential leak points. Once all the windows and doors are in its time to get moving on all the intermediate trades.
