Do you think construction project managers need to have a university degree?

In our opinion, not at all!

Some of the best and hardest working project engineers and project managers we know didn’t go to college. What matters to us is the ability to learn coupled with discipline and the right training and on the job mentoring.

A degree is definitely a viable route to get into the field, but it doesn’t need to be the only one!
