The Arizona Rangers Tucson Company were proud to stand alongside the Pima County Sheriff’s Office at the Badges & Backpacks event, helping local students get ready for a successful school year. Thousands of free backpacks were distributed to school age children.

Events like these are about more than providing school supplies—they’re about building relationships, supporting families, and showing our community that we’re here to serve. It was an honor to work alongside the dedicated men and women of the Pima County Sheriff’s Office and It was great to see so many smiling faces as students prepared for their first day back to school.

The fiesta doubled as a resource fair offering families access to several free health services. Medical and dental checks, and low-cost sports physicals as well as door prizes and free haircuts!

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, and helped make this event a success. Together, we’re making a positive difference in the lives of our youth and strengthening the communities we proudly serve.

Along with helping law enforcement. The Arizona Rangers provide support for the youth and youth organizations throughout Arizona.

Interested in supporting the children of our community, about serving your community, developing new skills, and becoming part of an organization built on honor, service, and professionalism, we'd love to talk with you.

We Are Recruiting

Arizona Rangers: A Mission of Service and Heritage

The Arizona Rangers are dedicated to serving the people of Arizona through volunteer support to law enforcement, community service, youth programs, and public safety initiatives. Few but Proud—Then and Now.

📓 Back to school means staying prepared. 📝

Preparedness isn’t about living in fear—it’s about knowing what to do in an emergency. This month we participated in active shooter response training to strengthen our ability to protect students, staff, and one another. We hope we never have to use these skills, but being prepared can make a critical difference.

Thank you to Pima County Sheriff's Office whose School Resource Officers (SROs) conducted "Active Shooter Training" for educators, administrators in the greater Tucson area, and supported by other local law enforcement police departments, including Arizona Rangers Tucson and Madera Companies.

Service isn't just something you do—it's who you become. Want to join us in keeping our schools and community safe? inquire about what it takes to be in the Arizona Rangers at [email protected]

⛈️ Monsoon Safety Alert from the Arizona Rangers 🌵

Tucsons Monsoon season is upon us, and the Arizona Rangers Tucson Company want to make sure you and your family stay safe out there!

When the desert skies turn dark and the rain begins to fall, conditions on our roads can change in an instant. Please keep these critical safety tips in mind:

🚫 Turn Around, Don’t Drown
The most common danger during monsoon season is flash flooding. Even if a road looks familiar, never attempt to drive through, walk through, or play in flowing water.
Deceptive Power: It only takes 6 inches of moving water to sweep away most vehicles.

Hidden Dangers: Water often masks deep holes or washed-out roadbeds that you cannot see from the surface.
Respect the Barriers: If you encounter a road closed sign or barricade, do not go around it. Not only is it dangerous, but under Arizona’s "Stupid Motorist Law," you may be held financially liable for the cost of your own rescue.

🌬️ Pull Aside, Stay Alive

If you find yourself caught in a sudden dust storm (Haboob) with low visibility:
1. Pull off the roadway as far as safely possible.
2. Turn off all your vehicle lights (so other drivers don't follow your taillights into the dust).
3. Set the parking brake and remove your foot from the brake pedal.
4. Stay inside with your seatbelt buckled and wait for the storm to pass.

Stay Alert, Stay Safe. Weather in the desert can change faster than you think. Keep an eye on your local forecast, and if a storm is approaching, the best place to be is inside and away from the roads.

Partnerships Make a Difference.

The Tucson Company of the Arizona Rangers would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the United States Border Patrol for their outstanding partnership and generous support in providing the use of their exceptional training facility for last week's Arizona Rangers Training Academy.

Opportunities like these are invaluable. They allow our Rangers from across the state to train together, strengthen critical skills, and continue our commitment to serving Arizona's communities with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

The success of this academy would not have been possible without the dedication of our instructors, organizers, and the strong partnerships we share with our law enforcement community. We are honored to work alongside agencies that recognize the importance of continual training and community service.

The Arizona Rangers exist to support law enforcement. Through thousands of volunteer hours each year, our members assist with public safety events, community outreach, emergency response support, traffic control, search operations, and countless other missions that help keep Arizona's communities safe.

If you've ever thought about serving your community, developing new skills, and becoming part of an organization built on honor, service, and professionalism, we'd love to talk with you.
