Happy Mother’s Day ⚡️ This team has many moms like mine… who lead and shape us all to be better, challenging us to rise to the occasion while demonstrating that the pursuit of their best selves sets the best example for us to follow. My mom is a mountain bike state champion, DEKA World Champs podium placer, a Hyrox Solo 65+ finisher. She also supplies endless compassion and knowledge while taking s**t from no one. Much of who I aim to be is inspired by her. Thankful for my mom and all the incredible moms on this team ❤️.

Mindset. Earning 2nd in Elite 15 Doubles in DC is a HUGE accomplishment. It’s even more impressive after a tough individual effort the day before. has a unique ability to see the opportunity in each race, while acknowledging that the challenging moments are inevitable. Not letting those two truths conflict is much easier said than done…but to do so is true resilience. Congratulations Kat and can’t wait for you to demonstrate that resilience once again next week.
