The Phoenix system can be rapidly deployed for real-time tactical intelligence and surveillance with a team of as few as two operators. It can operate at altitudes up to 75,000 feet, offers a range of 720 miles, supports multiple payload configurations, and is built on reusable hardware.

Last week, we launched Fawkes 4 A&B, a side-by-side R&D flight, to test advanced material developments that will continue to strengthen the system.

Ondas has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire World View Enterprises, a leader in high-altitude balloon ISR and stratospheric remote sensing.

The acquisition will bring together Ondas and World View around a shared—and highly complementary—vision for a unified, multi-domain, AI-powered intelligence architecture.

Ondas announced a $10 million strategic investment in World View and entered into a partnership agreement to collaborate on multi-domain and multi-modal ISR solutions.

The collaboration framework will explore integrated architectures that combine persistent stratospheric sensing with tactical autonomy and counter-drone capabilities, supporting layered intelligence and airspace defense applications across defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure markets.
