Yesterday was such a beautiful day for a hike. 5.5 miles longest hike in 2 years. Only slightly limping this morning. Maybe this is progress. At least I’m moving forward. Now if the pain will cease I’m home free. Yay!

To all my dear readers and supporters, I extend my sincerest apologies for my prolonged absence on Facebook. The past 16 months have been extremely challenging, marked by a botched hip replacement that has left me with persistent pain after any physical exertion. Followed by a bad virus the past two months. Although I have made some progress in my recovery, the condition of my hip remains unpredictable.

On a brighter note, my proficiency in tango has enabled me to continue teaching and dancing to a certain extent. However, my ability to engage in hikes and walks is still significantly limited. While I am contemplating the possibility of undergoing a hip revision surgery in the future, the idea of going under the knife once again does not sit well with me at present.

Moving forward, I am committed to being more active and visible. It is time for me to reclaim my life and live it to the fullest, as I have always done in the past. I will be posting more frequently and making more appearances. Thank you for your unwavering support during this challenging phase.

Please take a moment and let us know if you will attend the class and/or the milonga. We have found that several trips were planned, there are some surgeries, some are not ready to get back into social dancing.

It takes two to tango, but that is not a milonga. In order for this to be fun for everyone we'd like to have an idea of attendance. All feedback is welcome, we are looking forward to seeing everyone.
