Did you know that EVALI cases have not really been seen outside of the US? In the UK, where va**ng is common, regulated, and government supported, there have been no cases at all! Why? FDA Flavor Ban:

As you may have heard, the FDA enacted a partial ban on some e-cigarette flavors. There is a lot of misinformation about the ban, so we hope to clear it up a little! For further information, please see the link to the FDA's announcement below.

Are all flavors banned?

---No, only pre-filled cartridges/pods, like those used by Juul, are effected. For those carts, only menthol and to***co flavors are currently permitted, though discussions continue about adding menthol to the banned list.
Refillable juices, such as for open tank systems, are still allowed to have a wide variety of flavors.

When does this ban start?

---It was started immediately upon public introduction, January 2nd 2020. Companies have 30 days from implementation to stop manufacturing and selling pod style flavor products.

Will Freedom Smoke USA still carry my flavor?

---Until otherwise told not to, we will continue to offer our wide variety of juice flavors in store and online!

What if I'm from out of state or not in the US?

---If you are from outside of Arizona or the US, please check your local laws as some cities, states, and countries have banned or are planning to ban all non-to***co flavored juices, regardless of the system it is used in. Stay informed!

As of December 20, 2019, the federal age minimum for buying to***co products was changed to 21 and over. While it was originally believed that the FDA would take time to implement and enforce this, they decided to immediately change the age with no warning to consumers or businesses. As such, we can no longer sell our products online or in store to customers under 21. We apologize for this inconvenience.
