The final images from my Wellshire Mid-century project in Denver. Truly a once in a lifetime home.

Stumbled on these images from a project I did in Denver 10 years ago! The home was designed by architect Richard Crowther. I’m trying to remember/find where I sourced this floor and am struggling. It’s slate in a Versailles pattern, but that’s all I’ve got. I’ll post more in the coming days.

In honor of the one of my favorite laundry rooms! We never got proper photos of this project in the Colorado mountains—but it was definitely a favorite! PS. If you ever need your ranch designed or renovated. I’m your gal.

This storied project had a plot line worthy of Hollywood entertainment (IYKYK)… drama, intrigue, the perfect client, and a stellar GC, all culminated in a dream project with a perfect ending. Every so often I go down the rabbit hole of old projects and come upon a view I didn’t use on my website or social media and it feels fresh. This project was fun—AMAZING clients super cool house, talented trades (the brain power it took to get that floating metal cabinet 🤯). The perfect recipe.

Never miss an opportunity to have a little fun in a powder room.

It’s 8am and 13° here in Denver (whaaa 😭🥶)—but this fireplace is doing its job— keeping the dwellers of the Grant Street project nice and cozy. They’re not sad about it.

The crowned jewel of the entryway/main floor and custom staircase. There are somethings/decisions that are flexible in a design and some that are not. I always tell my clients if there is something that I feel is non-negotiable—I will go to the mat for it. This fixture was one of those things. With an open custom staircase spanning three floors + a gallery of windows + pretty much viewable from the entire main floor a statement piece was critical and I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to showcase the beautiful windows, staircase, custom glass and steel office enclosure. Like nearly everything during C*VID this piece took longer than expected and the installation was an all day effort. But it was ALL worth it.
