A word about an old friend.
This comment to a post is from Mike Lawson. I've known him since we were doing Facebook Live's in the morning at KOLD.
I've talked about how the last 2 years have been anything but awesome for our whole family. Mike would randomly check in on us, pray for us, and always has his humor.
This comment has to be one of the nicest things I've read in a while. It made me realize how much God has helped us walk through, and that what I’m sharing here isn’t just a feed of posts, but parts of the biggest choices and challenges we’ve ever faced. Hopefully it helps a person or family struggling wondering how to press on and move forward.
I appreciate him, and every single one of you who have reached out and supported us from leaving Tucson, getting to San Antonio, and coming back home. Your kindness has mattered more than you know.

Aidan’s First Hike
Completely out of the blue, he said he wanted to go for a hike. So I took him to Catalina State Park and off we went.
It was a success! Meteorologist Stephanie Waldref would be proud!
