"Rick has been my mechanic since 1995. He has always been gentle and calm and explains what needs to be done, or has been completed, showing me the damaged or worn parts. I've never obeen disappointed or felt taken advantage of. Recently the starter went out in my truck in Show Low. I had to get it back to Tucson and dropped it off in the front of the building the Sunday befire Memoriak Day. I left my key and a note explaining the situation., which included a collision in my other vehicle that was totalled. "We have been taking our Toyotas to Import Service Center for many years and have always been served well. I also like that they provide detailed receipts. Two years ago I bought a new Toyota and took advantage of the 2 years of free service at the dealership. Last week I returned to Import Service Center for the 20K service. The comparison of the receipts is amazing. The dealership's receipt just says they did "Toyota Care Complimentary Maintenance" - rotated tires, set tire psi, inspect/adjust fluids, multi-point brake inspection. Import Service Center's receipt lists the parts used and described the work: brakes front 95% left, rear 85%, tires 34, battery 285/298 CCA at 12.18 volts, A/C vent temp 40 degs at 1 p.m., no issues to report. The back page includes their checklist with 19 items that were checked. I appreciate the details."
