Lou Kisch (90) and his sister (87) visited our Stork's Nest exhibit back in February. Carsyn Currier, KOLD Morning Anchor, followed up with interviews at the original location.

The Stork's Nest was a birthing center established in 1922 by Helen Jacobs. It provided 10-14 day maternity services until it closed in 1946. This historic structure still stands at 221 N. Court Street.

Be watching for a segment on the historic Stork's Nest on KOLD.

After several years off, the 2026 Rideout is in the books! This year's joke was "Don't forget your mouthpiece!"

It's a time for us members, volunteers and friends to kick back and enjoy stories, beverages, dice, food, beverages, food, beverages, morning "Band Camp" Reveille, Star Spangled Banner, food, beverages and a small bon fire with beverages. Catch the theme!

šŸŽ¬šŸŒµ Mescal Movie Set Magic! šŸŽ¶

We had an incredible time at the Mescal Movie Set’s special meet & greet—featuring a screening of three fantastic short films and an unforgettable concert starring rodeo favorite Chancey Williams!

It was a great opportunity to share the spirit of our Parade and Museum while connecting with friends, fans, and fellow supporters of Western heritage.

And of course, no event is complete without those relaxing moments—kicking back with good company (including Sammy the cat 🐾) and soaking in the one-of-a-kind atmosphere that only a historic movie set can provide.

We’re grateful to be part of such a memorable experience and can’t wait to see you at the next event!

The Tucson Rodeo Parade Committee is always working to stay current and connected within the tourism industry.

It’s always a pleasure collaborating with our friends at Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association, Visit Tucson, White Stallion Ranch, and leadership from the Arizona Corporation Commission.

Thank you, Mark Sankey and Bob McLaughlin, for a fantastic tour of the set! There are a lot of movies, television shows, and commercials filmed at this historic site.

One of our Past Grand Marshals! ā¤ļø

We’re celebrating Jessica Cox and this well-deserved honor.

Jessica’s induction into the Arizona Aviation Hall of Fame recognizes a groundbreaking aviation journey and a life of leadership. Through Rightfooted Foundation, she is also helping children without arms and their families build confidence, independence, and practical skills for everyday life.

If you’d like to support that mission, the donation link is in the comments.
