Let me introduce you to the DisruptHR Tucson Committee.

Diane Sotelo is the owner of Sotelo Synergies, and she is on a mission to revolutionize learning and development in Southern Arizona. She is brilliant and we are lucky to have her boots on the ground in Tucson.

Manny Loyden is not just the Centric District Manager for ADP's Major Accounts, he is a master connector, HR advocate, and community champion. He absolutely rocks and I look forward to every meeting with him.

Kindra Maples is a fractional CPO and the founder of Culture Crush Business. If you haven't listened to her podcast, you're missing out. She is one of my favorite people AND she talks to animals.

Tanya Dahl is a fractional CHRO and Executive Coach. She is also one of The Corporate Fixers and has a wealth of global HR knowledge. She is also a hell of a pickle ball player.

Holly Norton is the VP of Strunk HR and she is redefining what it means to be in human resources. Her philosophy? Tamica Sears is the founder of Sears Coaching. As an HR Consultant and Executive Coach she helps move leaders and organizations from good, to great, to excellent. She is not a fan of HR Compliance Cops and feels that HR must be employee advocates because anything that you do to support your employees will automatically be beneficial to the company. If you do it the other way, you run the risk of doing the wrong thing which hurts the employee and the company.
