Almost five years ago I took a few passions of mine and turned them into an online shop. With the incredible support from family and friends, I’ve run this thing entirely on my own. In those five years — I created a studio space, worked and collaborated with sustainable brands and individuals I looked up to, met so many new friends both near and far, learned a lot about owning a business and learned even more about myself. Through my experience, I’ve learned that my true passion comes from the ability to create content that I hoped others would enjoy and feel inspired by — and the connections and friendships I’ve made along the way. And while I’ve loved bringing you beautiful objects and pieces to shop, I’ve decided to close up shop and focus on photography and content creation, while continuing to work in my family business here in Tucson. In 2019, I’m looking forward to having the time to dive deeper into other creative interests of mine; like take that pottery class down the street I’ve thought about for years — learn how to play the harmonica I’ve had tucked away for who knows how long 😂 — take more yoga classes, volunteer more and overall focus on my mental and physical health. Wherever this new year takes me, I plan to live it with the best intentions and not take my free-time for granted. I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting me through the years— as customers, followers, makers, designers, fellow shop friends... this space truly couldn’t be what it was without you. 💛
