DDP 2024 will be in El Paso! We are currently making hotel and tour arrangements, so stay tuned for more information. Our tour will be to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Desalination Plant and TecH2O Center.

Desalination El Paso is home to the world's largest inland desalination plant. El Paso has vast brackish (salty) groundwater resources that were previously unusable. The Kay Bailey Hutchison (KBH) Desalination Plant filters out the salts and creates a new supply of water.
