Happy Friday! I am grateful for the last two weekends of amazing events! Tucson's Old Pueblo Jiu-Jitsu Tournament, followed by the book launch of Arete: Activate Your Heroic Potential! Thank you to all of you who brought great energy to these and the other recent events, like ATA Arizona Camp and World Championships! I appreciate how everyone is constantly growing: challenging themselves, taking risks, and learning new things.

Happy Thursday! I am grateful to see so many active future leaders. Thank you to those who support their growth. I appreciate the initiative that these youth demonstrate as they overcome their surroundings and don't simply listen to the stories of the ones who didn't make it around them. You can reach your goal too, it is never too late to start!

Happy Wednesday! I am grateful for all the amazing athletes in my community. Thank you to everyone with the attitude that age is just a number, they never let it stop them from achieving their goals. I appreciate all the exceptional talent, young and old!
