We welcome Krystal Greene our PWR!GYM Coordinator! Krystal has a PhD in Nutrition and Sport Conditioning. She has been a Physical Therapist for 47 years. Avid competitive athlete in many sports, especially cycling. She has been teaching in the fitness industry and coaching people on how to attain an active and healthy lifestyle for 30 plus years. She brings many years of experience to our PWR!GYM program. Krystal will be doing the FREE Nutrition Lecture on Sat. September 10th! RSVP NOW!
