May market statistics for Southern Arizona are in! We did not see much change from April to May this year, slight increases on almost everything with the exception of New listings and Sold Listings. New Listing are down about 11%, while closed listings are down by almost half that around 6.5%. Which tells us that homes are still selling, though we are not seeing as many still hit the market. There is still a demand and a lot to choose from.
