Divorce With Respect Week™, a national initiative promoting a healthier, non-adversarial approach to divorce, is coming to Tucson for the first time! With this initiative, collaboratively trained professionals across the country offer free 30-minute consultations to anyone exploring divorce or simply wanting to understand their options. They are aiming to promote this team-based, less adversarial approach to managing divorce outside of court.

The Collaborative Divorce process brings together attorneys, financial neutrals, and mental health professionals to help couples:
• Reach agreements respectfully
• Avoid the stress of courtroom proceedings
• Make informed decisions about their future
