United Healthcare Community Plan rocks! Special thanks to our UHC team, case managers and to our Banner case manager that came to spend Valentine's Day with our residents to show us how much they appreciate the care we are providing for their members... Just special!

Oh My Goodness! This is so special! Lala's daughter in law just dropped off lunch for staff! I was talking about Menudo (dont know the correct spelling) just earlier today and she brought it now! So grateful for great families! So important that we all form One big family!

We give thanks to all the families we have had the honor of serving. We have met wonderful people and remember you all and wish all a Happy Thanksgiving.
Today we were reminded by a great family that we are memories in loved one. The care we provide extends to their families. On the flip side, their loved ones are great memories for us. That too extends to the many great families we encounter. We say thank you!
