Distributor caught fire on 1990 Jeep Cherokee. At first I couldn’t figure out how. As I was making repairs it all came together. The center white arrow bottom pic is pointing to fuel system vent hose which is suppose to be attached to charcoal canister at left white arrow. Customer stated he filled his fuel tank the day it caught fire. I believe it puked fuel onto distributor cap which mounts on round part, right of center white arrow. Spark inside the cap ignited it. The fire burned through the heater hoses circled in green which extinguished the fire. That friends is a God moment for this customer!
