I can’t stress Timing Belt maintenance enough. This 03 VW Beetle has 96K. The belt should have been done at 60K along with water pump. We made a good call suggesting it be changed. They’re sending there kid to California this weekend. I doubt this belt would have made the drive, making this a $1500+ repair if it would have broken.

Did you buy that Dealer installed Alarm with that new or used car? Well this is probably what you got, Junk. It takes us less then a minute to bypass most of these alarms and 5 minutes to remove the alarm. I rarely see these installed correctly so I suggest declining the alarm and having a reputable one installed.

If your hearing a grinding when you brake, you may want to consider that it's your life and someone else's at risk. Mind blowing what I see sometimes.

The Belt tensioner on the left is the wrong unit. A previous mechanic couldn't see the center bolt sticking out an inch after they installed it. 2006 6.0 Ford serpentine belt tensioner.

Don't leave your phone on your customers car. ☠️ The insurance company's getting it back in pieces. I'm a little curious. 🙄😈

If your one of my Customers that gets up one morning, gets off of work, and walks out to your Mopar/ Dodge/ Chrysler / Jeep to find it doesn't start? Instrument Cluster and power to all accessories is Okay. It just doesn't crank! Possible cause....? WDM Lockup (Wireless Control Module) due to electrostatic discharge from the ignition key. This condition may occur more frequently in Cold/Dry weather conditions. A quick fix is to disconnect your Battery for 12secs and then see if the vehicle starts.
So my advice beyond this? No fluffy shoes on carpet and don't drag your feet when you leave your desk.
