There are days when we look around this restaurant and honestly can’t believe it’s real.
Not long ago, it was just a food truck, a smoker, and a handful of people willing to bet on a dream.
Now we have a team of 50, a dining room full of guests, and responsibilities that sometimes feel bigger than we imagined.
The growth has been exciting.
The growth has been exhausting.
The growth has been humbling.
But mostly, it’s made us grateful.
Grateful for every customer who took a chance on us.
Grateful for every employee who’s worked hard alongside us.
Grateful for a community that continues to show up.
We’re not where we’re going yet.
But we’re thankful you’re coming along for the ride.

Going from a food truck to a full restaurant has stretched us in every possible way.
We’ve made changes.
We’ve learned a lot.
And we’re grateful for every person giving us a shot while we continue growing.
Appreciate Tucson more than you know. 🙏🏻 You may not know this, but our owner grew up in this neighborhood and it really means something to be working and providing this food to our neighbors.
