Ball Bearing Identification

These series are called extra light, light, medium and heavy. They are designated respectively as 100, 200, 300 and 400 Series. Examples:

- 105 is a 100 (X-light) with 25mm bore and 47mm OD
- 205 is a 200 (Light) with 25mm bore and 52mm OD
- 305 is a 300 (Medium) with 25mm bore and 62mm OD
- 405 is a 400 (Heavy) with 25mm bore and 80 OD

1. Relieve belt tension
2. Inspect drive elements
3. Inspect sheaves
4. Align sheaves
5. Select replacement belts
6. Install new belts
7. Check sheave alignment
8. Apply belt tension
